Andhra Pradesh train collision toll rises to 13; loco driver may have jumped signal

The death toll in a train collision in Vizianagaram district, Andhra Pradesh, has risen to 13, with 50 people injured. The accident occurred when one train rear-ended another, causing three coaches to derail.
