Major General Yogender Singh takes charge as Maharashtra NCC additional director general

Singh was selected through UPSC in 1988 to join the Indian Army and was commissioned into the 5th Battalion of the Brigade of Guards after training in the prestigious Indian Military Academy Dehradun.
