Lalduhoma to meet Mizoram governor today, swearing-in likely on Friday

The Zoram People's Movement (ZPM) led by Lalduhoma is set to form the new government in Mizoram. The swearing-in ceremony will be held at the Raj Bhavan on Friday. Lalduhoma, the chief minister-designate, will be administered the oath of office by Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati. All 27 elected ZPM legislators will formally elect Lalduhoma as the leader of the ZPM legislature party. Lalduhoma will become the first CM in Mizoram who is not from the Congress or the Mizo National Front (MNF).
