Gujarat woman loses Rs 3 lakh for 2 ‘missing stamp’ on parcel

A woman from Vairyav was cheated of Rs 2.88 lakh by a cyber crook over a missing stamp on her parcel. She sent the courier from Katargam post office. When it didn't reach the destination, she called an Indian Post number she found online. The person who answered posed as an Indian Post employee and told her to download an APK file. After downloading it, the cyber crook swiped money from her Union Bank, Bank of India, and Bank of Baroda accounts.
