Congress' Jairam Ramesh accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of hindering Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra, claiming that Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma was creating difficulties for it. Ramesh alleged that Sarma was trying to give a communal color to the program.
