Punjab and Haryana HC issues notice to Associated Journal Limited, Hooda over ED plea in plot allotment case

Punjab and Haryana HC served a notice to Associated Journal Limited (AJL) and various individuals, including former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda, in response to a petition filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). The petition concerns the suspension of the framing of charges in relation to the AJL plot allotment case.
