Metro zooms below Hooghly, India gets 1st underwater link

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated India's first underwater Metro, connecting Kolkata and Howrah. The Metro service will be open to all in 10 days. The new section includes engineering marvels like the Howrah Metro station and the ventilation-cum-evacuation shaft.
