SC denies bail to BRS leader K Kavitha in Delhi excise scam case

The Supreme Court on Friday denied bail to BRS leader K Kavitha in the Delhi excise policy scam case. Justices directed her to approach the trial court, serving notice to the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on her challenge to PMLA provisions.
