'CBI not under control of Union of India': Centre to SC on Bengal govt's lawsuit

Supreme Court addressed Centre's objections to West Bengal's lawsuit over CBI investigations post consent withdrawal. Tushar Mehta highlighted misuse of Article 131. West Bengal withdrew consent in November 2018.
