Judge throws out anti-vax lawsuit, calls Nazi analogy ‘reprehensible’

A federal judge in Houston has thrown out a lawsuit by health workers objecting to a city hospital system’s coronavirus vaccine mandate on the merits — but she couldn’t help singling out one of the arguments for special derision.
