Pakistan�s military head does 24 hours official visit to Turkey

(MENAFN)On Wednesday, Pakistan�s military head did a 24 hours official visit to Turkey. Also, Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar had a meeting with Gen. Qamar Javed Bajwa and deliberated subjects of common interests, regional security situation, with recent improvements in Afghanistan, and mutual security and defense collaboration, a statement by Pakistan�s military said. In addition, the summit attendances were Turkish Chief of General Staff Gen. Yasar Guler as well as Turkish Land Forces Commander Gen. Umit Dundar. Bajwa stated that Turkey is one of the key Muslim countries in the region, improves collaboration between both countries and is going to have a positive effect on regional peace and stability, a statement said. It also added �The dignitaries appreciated Pakistan's positive role for regional peace and stability, especially the Afghan peace process and pledged to continue working for better relations between two brotherly countries.�
