It's been 105 year since President Woodrow Wilson proclaimed Mother's Day a national celebration. Shoppers are expected to spend a record $25 billion this year. That's about $196 per mom. But Mother's Day isn't really about the gifts, flowers or cards. It's not even about biology. DJ Manou reports from our CBS affiliate WSBT-TV in South Bend, Indiana.
