MoneyWatch: Gas prices drop; average price of college continues to rise

Low gas prices could be here for awhile, the Department of Energy predicts the average price of gas will stay below $3/gallon next year. Also the average cost for in-state college tuition is $19K while private college tuition is $42K. CBS New's Jill Wagner reports.
