Obama, in leaked remarks with supporters, urges return to 'rule of law' while misstating law on Flynn case

Former President Obama falsely told thousands of supporters last week that former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn had been charged with perjury — then followed it up by suggesting that "there is no precedent that anybody can find" for someone accused of perjury "getting off scot-free."
