Mark Kelly: Winner of Arizona Senate race should be instated ‘promptly’

Arizona Democratic candidate for the U.S. Senate Mark Kelly, said Wednesday that the winner of the closely followed Senate race should be sworn in without haste, as lawmakers in Washington gear up in the fight to fill the now vacant Supreme Court seat.
