Federal judges side against pro-life laws in Arkansas, call on Supreme Court to revisit Casey

Although a three judge-panel on a federal appellate court has struck down several pro-life laws in Arkansas, two of the judges have called on the Supreme Court to revisit its ruling in a major abortion case that upheld Roe v. Wade.
