Two California congressmen are vying to replace outgoing DCCC chair after Maloney's historic midterm loss

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee is set to vote on the next chair on Nov. 30, after current Chair Sean Patrick Maloney was unseated by his GOP challenger in the midterms.
