Thursday 10 August, 2023Know ALL is a global education and awareness initiative that provides patients and caregivers with the information, resources, and support they need to deal with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL)—a rare type of leukemia in which the number of white blood cells is not controlled correctly.

On September 20, 2023, Know ALL will unite with the patient and caregiver community to mark the second World ALL Day and raise awareness of this cancer. There are several ways to get involved including a downloadable resource that has been developed for World ALL Day and beyond. If you’re a patient, caregiver, or a patient advocate, join us in raising awareness and show your support for World ALL Day by sharing the resource on your website or across your social channels using #WorldALLDay. The resource allows you to input your subtype and share your experience, highlight the different subtype classifications, and include key questions to ask your healthcare professional. For those that are not online, please share the resource with your networks by uploading it to your website, emailing or distributing it, or just pinning it up and taking a picture!

Another way you can raise awareness and show your support is by sharing your subtype of ALL and treatment journey on social media using #WorldALLDay. Please feel free to utilize the social media graphics available on the Know ALL website; all materials will be editable so they can be translated. More information and details on how to get involved can be found here. If you have any questions or would like more information, please do not hesitate to get in touch via our social channels or by email.

Know ALL has a dedicated and highly experienced global ambassador group who meet regularly to guide the initiative. The ambassador group consists of patients, patient advocates, and healthcare professionals. Their role is to propose awareness initiatives, provide concepts for support and education resources, share their experiences and learnings from advocacy heritage, and endorse materials before circulation among the ALL community. Know ALL is brought to you by Scientific Education Support (SES) in collaboration with the Acute Leukaemia Advocates Network (ALAN).

Know ALL owes thanks to its supporters: Amgen, Kite Pharma, BMS, and Jazz Pharmaceuticals.
