UNITE HERE is a labor organization in the U.S. and Canada based in New York City. The UNITE HERE data breach occurred on October 20, 2023. It involved unauthorized access to personal information, including names, Social Security numbers, financial account information, and Driver’s license and/or state ID number.

In a filing submitted to the Office of the Maine Attorney General on Friday, February 23, the Company disclosed that the breach resulted in the acquisition of personal identifiers in combination with financial account information, affecting at least 791,273 customers.
