China Eliminates Pangolin Scales From Approved Traditional Medicine Ingredients

Earlier this year, pangolins have been labeled as one of the possible links between humans and bats in transmitting the coronavirus which has caused the current global pandemic. Now, the Chinese government has moved to remove pangolin scales from its approved traditional medicine ingredient’s list, in an attempt to save the world’s most trafficked mammal.
