ICC Test rankings: India displaced from No.1 spot for first time since 2016

India have been displaced from the No.1 Test spot for the first time since 2016 as Australia have moved up to take the top place in the latest International Cricket Council (ICC) rankings released on Friday amid coronavirus pandemic.
