Tigers draft Torkelson as MLB promises return to play

The Detroit Tigers drafted Arizona State slugger Spencer Torkelson with the first pick of the 2020 MLB draft on Wednesday, the same day the league's commissioner said baseball would return this year despite the coronavirus pandemic.
