Raptors open training camp 1 second dose from being fully vaccinated

The Raptors opened training camp at home Monday after being based in the U.S. the past 19 months due to COVID-19 restrictions. GM Bobby Webster says the NBA team decided to stay in Toronto for camp this year to reconnect with its hometown.
