Smart: UGA to be near full-strength from COVID

Georgia coach Kirby Smart said the Bulldogs were dealing with COVID-19 issues a couple of weeks ago, but he expects his team to be near full-strength when it plays No. 2 Michigan in a College Football Playoff semifinal on Friday.
