NHL 'hopeful' Devils' Hughes plays during All-Star

The NHL is "hopeful" Devils star Jack Hughes (upper-body injury) can still participate in the All-Star Game but noted that he continues to be evaluated for the injury that has sidelined him since Jan. 5.
