Man sentenced, posed as NBA's Smart, NFL exec

A medical biller has been sentenced to 12 years in federal prison after being convicted in an insurance fraud scheme that included posing as NBA player Marcus Smart and an NFL lawyer and executive to harangue companies for payments, prosecutors said.
