Samsung Says Both Exynos and Snapdragon Will Be Used on Galaxy S22

Galaxy S22 is the next big release on Samsung’s roadmap, and according to people familiar with the matter, the device is projected to see the daylight at some point in February. However, in the last few days, we’ve seen more and more people suggesting the South Korean company is getting ready for a surprising change under the hood of its upcoming flagship device. More specifically, Samsung allegedly wanted to give up on the Exynos chip on the Galaxy S22 and therefore offer the device only with a Qualcomm Snapdragon chip. Previously, the company launched the Galaxy S with either an Exynos or a Snapdragon processor depending on the region where the device was sold. So while the United States, for instance, received the Snapdragon variant, customers in Europe were provided with the Exynos sibling.
