News24 | Modack VAT trial co-accused fails in bid for release pending trial

A former SARS employee turned private tax practitioner, who is charged with VAT fraud along with Nafiz Modack and others, has applied for bail again, saying his family is struggling and since no one will print his case file for him, he needs to be released to prepare his defence.
