Tories will enter general election with 'fully planned, fully deliverable' childcare policy, says education secretary

Working parents of children aged between nine months and four years of age will be able to claim 30 hours of free childcare week by mid 2025 as part of a "fully planned, fully deliverable" policy, education secretary Gillian Keegan has said.
