Schools and businesses to close in New York suburb to stem coronavirus spread

Schools and businesses in a part of New Rochelle, a suburb of New York City, will be closed for two weeks in an effort to contain the disease at its local epicenter, state Governor Andrew Cuomo said on Tuesday.
