Prosecutors announce charges against 2 Giuliani associates

Two foreign-born men with ties to President Trump's personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, have been arrested on federal campaign finance charges. They helped Giuliani as he tried to get Ukraine to dig up dirt on Joe Biden and his son, Hunter. Paula Reid reports.
