Parkland families applaud arrest of officer who took cover during school shooting

Many families of the 17 people killed in the Parkland, Florida, school massacre are applauding the prosecution of a man who failed to keep students safe. Former Florida Deputy Scot Peterson was arrested on 11 criminal charges, including child neglect. Manuel Bojorquez reports.
