Surveillance video shows police shooting unarmed man panhandling

The shooting of an unarmed man in Philadelphia is raising new questions about police conduct. Just as 28-year-old Joel Johnson approached an unmarked police car, four shots were fired from inside. Mola Lenghi reports.
