Retired Milwaukee police chief's 2014 viral video spreads online again amid George Floyd unrest

In wake of the death of George Floyd, a black man who pleaded for air as a white Minneapolis officer jammed a knee into his neck, a viral video from 2014 of the city’s former police chief Ed Flynn began to spread again around the web.
