'Criminal violent acts' threaten us, Seattle Police Guild tells Durkan

A warning to Mayor Jenny Durkan from the Seattle Police Officers Guild:  Officers are being attacked by "a group of criminal agitators" outside East Precinct on Capitol Hill with the potential for "drastic repercussions for public safety."  Others see the police as instigators of confrontation with peaceful protests.
