Philadelphia Couple Celebrates Wedding Party Amid a George Floyd Protest

After the coronavirus pandemic canceled their original wedding plans, a couple’s supposed “micro-wedding” was celebrated with hundreds of people who marched in honor of George Floyd. Holding hands while raising their fists, the couple said that their wedding became more empowering.
