The disproportionate affect of COVID-19 on communities of color across the United States is stark in San Francisco.

Latinos make up 50% of reported cases of coronavirus in the city, despite the demographic making up just 15% of the San Francisco's population, per the city's most recent public health data.

"I wouldn't be surprised if it's even worse than that," Latino Task Force health committee leader Jon Jacobo said, "We're all failing. Everyone. The federal government is failing the states and the localities are failing. We're being hit hard."
