Fauci 'seriously doubts' Russia's coronavirus vaccine is effective

While Russian President Vladimir Putin touted the inoculation in an announcement on Tuesday, saying that the preventative has already been registered, a top U.S. health official says he hasn't "heard any evidence" that it's safe.
