Trump: Philadelphia protests 'terrible'

President Donald Trump is denouncing the protests in Philadelphia in response to the police shooting of a Black man. "Again, a Democrat run state, a Democrat run city, Philadelphia," Trump said. He claimed police had been told not to intervene. (Oct. 28)
