Illinois governor urges residents to stay home as much as possible amid COVID-19 surge

Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker urged those who want to hold a small in-person Thanksgiving gathering to start quarantining now ahead of the holiday to help avoid further spread of the coronavirus.
