NYC mayor condemns World Trade Center jump

Four men have been arrested for their alleged roles in a parachute jump from 1 World Trade Center in September 2013. The stunt has raised questions about security at the site. Mayor Bill de Blasio has said the city will do everything they can to address it. Jim Axelrod reports.
