Southwest CEO on knee space issues and airlines' responsibility

During the past several weeks, pilots diverted three flights after passengers got into fights over reclining seats. KTVT's Jack Fink reports on the problem and asks Southwest Airlines CEO Gary Kelly if airlines bear any responsibility because they're adding seats to get more revenue.
