2/8: Heavy rain, high winds slam West Coast; Paralyzed by accident, boy pursues wrestling

A severe weather system is spraying central and northern California, Oregon and Washington with rain, high winds, and severe thunderstorms; and, though paralyzed from the waist down by a car accident, 6-year-old Trenton Buzard dreams of being a wrestler.
