Chauvin lawyer wants hearing to "impeach" verdict

The attorney for the former Minn. officer convicted of killing George Floyd has requested a new trial, saying the court abused its discretion on several points. He also wants a hearing to impeach the verdict because of jury misconduct claims. (May 5)
