Bowery Mission serves Thanksgiving meals for homeless New Yorkers

NEW YORK (PIX11) -- On this Thanksgiving, New York City’s network of nonprofits is working hard to serve those in need. That includes Bowery Mission, the city’s longest-running nonprofit serving people experiencing homelessness. PIX11’s Jay Dow spent the day there surrounded by willing volunteers and grateful New Yorkers who received hot meals and other services.
