Tropical Storm Dorian threatens Caribbean

Tropical Storm Dorian is barreling toward the Caribbean. It has headed in the direction of Barbados and Puerto Rico. Tropical storm watches and warnings have been issued ahead of the storm. Meteorologist Jeff Berardelli reports.
