U.S. election outcome won't change Canada's COVID-19 fight: Ambassador

Regardless of the outcome of the U.S. presidential election, Canada's focus on fighting the COVID-19 pandemic won't be altered, according to Canada's Ambassador to the United States Kirsten Hillman.
