Biden to receive COVID vaccine as Trump remains on sidelines

U.S. President-elect Joe Biden will receive his first dose of the coronavirus vaccine on live television, and U.S. President Donald Trump tweeted earlier this month that he was "not scheduled" to take it, but said he looked "forward to doing so at the appropriate time."
