Obama, Castro to meet at Summit of the Americas

Before leaving Washington, President Obama spoke by phone with Cuban President Raul Castro, their second call since the president's historic decision to begin normalizing relations with Cuba. The two leaders will meet for their first substantive talks Saturday. Major Garrett reports.
