Pakistan: Former PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry remanded in police custody for two days

Former PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry has been granted a two-day physical remand by an Islamabad court following his arrest. He was taken into custody after a police raid on his residence, and his family claims he was abducted. Fawad is being charged in connection with a case registered at the Aabpara police station. He appeared in court with his face covered and requested permission to meet his lawyer. The court granted the two-day remand to the police.
